How to make free license Applications and Games on Windows Phone 8.1

Requirements
1. Developer Unlocked Device.
2. SD Card Slot on WP Device.
3. Pocket File Manager from our blog.
4. WPAppPatcher
5. Application Deployment Tool.

First 1 :-
Download Pocket File Manager from our blog and install using Application Deployment Tool.

Second 2 :-
1. Open Pocket File Manager on Device.
2. Go to SD Card directly > Touch and hold on WPSystem Folder pop up menu will opened, Press Info.
3. Unchecked both check marks.
A. Hidden File.
B. System File.

Step 3 :-
Now Browse WPSystem Folder from any your favorite File Manager Application.

Step 4 :-
Go to the "App" Directory
> go to the your  chooses application GUID (Prod. code)
> Copy only "Install" Folder to public directory. (E.g. D:\Anywhere)
(for 8.1 apps go to the WPSystem>WindowsApps)

Step 5 :-
>Delete WMPRHeader.xml file and Zip the "Install" folder content.

Step 6 :-
> Rename "Install.zip" to "Install.xap"
> Open WPAppPatcher Tool on PC.
> Now Patch the "Install.xap" to FULL VERSION.

Step 7 :-
> Install your Full Version Patched xap to your phone using Application Deployment Tool.

    going to WindowsApps in wp8.1 there's nothing there.. it's empty.

    Use differents file manager. You will get it 100%
    Don't use pfm. for browsing System file.
    Just use for change the folder permissions.

      System? But which one ?
      Internal or external?


      Currently external (on sd card) is possible.

      We are working on get full Access into internal system files. It's very hard to achieve but also not a impossible. There are always certain limits of security.

      Keep it up.
      I'll post soon new unlocks.

    wp app patcher doesnt works at all for windows phone 8.1

    it requires root access which is not now possible for wp8.1

    so i need help??
    can anyone help me ???

      But you can manually copy the xap files of Windows Phone 8.1 apps games.
      Go to the directory D:/WPSystem/Apps/WindowsApps

    sorry but i cant understand you!!



    i had done all the steps you posted but got successful only till making xap from app's files..


    after it if i use wp app patcher it doesnt work and if i manually copy the xap file to pc and trying to install it in my phone using wp power tools or xap deployer etc.. , it shows error about the xap..



    so plz explain what to do next ??? :-SS :-SS :-SS :-SS
