Micromax launched Windows Phone devices before two months ago. The first of the two devices was, the Canvas Win W121, is now available on Flipkart at only Rs. 9,494. Looks like Micromax has not entered into any exclusive deals with the store, as the mobile is also available on Snapdeal at Rs. 9499, and on Amazon India at Rs 9,999. The dual-SIM handset comes with a 5-inch 720p screen, 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 CPU, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, microSD card slot up to 32 GB, 8 MP camera at the back, 2 MP front shooter, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and HSDPA connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and a 2000 mAh battery. The Xbox Music team made a big announcement today, releasing new APIs designed to let third-party developers build apps around Microsoft's music service. Microsoft previously piloted such a program back in December, but today's announcement opens it for the rest of the world without needing to apply. The announcement post gives even more details of the new API, including complete information on how to implement many new features. Developers have full access to Xbox Music's 38 million track catalog available in 23 countries. Furthermore, there is an affiliate program whereby developers can earn a 5 percent share on purchases and a massive 10 percent on all music pass payments for the lifetime of the subscription.
